Washington State Seniors that are qualified for the federal medicare program can find medicare plans for the 2015 - 2016 open season enrollment.

In Washington Oct 1 to Dec 7th 2015 is the open enrollment period where Washington Seniors can change medicare plans for the upcoming year. Changes go in effect Jan 1, 2016. 2011 is the first year that medicare has open the enrollment into five star medicare advantage plans in Wa. Beginning Dec 8th 2011 Washington Seniors will be able to enroll into any 5 star medicare advantage plan. This enrollment period will be year round and you must have a 5 star medicare advantage plan in your area to participate.
